I’m sadly going to have to rehome my 4 month old bloodhound, Copper. He has all of his shots except his 2nd round of Lepto and his rabies, he’s up to date on dewormer, and he’s not fixed. His birthdate is 02/04/2021. He’s very sweet, loves kids, and gets along with other dogs. He has done great with potty training ever since we put a fence up, so I would highly recommend having a fence. He also is doing great with crate training but he still has accidents every once in awhile. I would really love for whoever gets him to have hound dog experience or do a lot of research on the breed. If you don’t have a fenced in yard you will either need to take him out on a leash or watch him super carefully because he will wander off if he catches the scent of something! He is also very very stubborn, which comes with the breed. I hate doing this because he is so sweet, but my husband wants nothing to do with him anymore and that’s not fair to him. I have a medium cage, collar, leash, and bowl to go with him. He is on Diamond Naturals large breed food and has done excellent with it. We paid $400 for him so that’s what I’m asking.
