Found older tan/beige male Chihuahua mix near 39th Dr and Pinnacle Peak Rd. (North Glendale/Happy Valley area). Has some bald spots and chapped skin on his back, hind legs, and rear. Missing some front teeth. Friendly but timid. Neutered.
