Found Cat

Description

I found a cat (see pic) near 36th St/Thomas. She was under my car and was so dehydrated she couldn't walk. I've had her since Monday and she is now eating, drinking and using the litter box. She is very malnourished. I can't keep her as my lease is for one pet and I have a dog. Thx!
