Responsibilities for Foreman Report project progress to superiors Develop a work schedule for workers Supervise all construction workers Communicate progress of job with Customer Ensure that a project is Installed properly and timely Assign tasks to construction workers Ensure that the project is staying on pace Qualifications for Foreman High School Diploma or GED required Ability to organize a work schedule Ability to solve disputes between workers Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Excellent communication skills Ability to negotiate Deep knowledge of the construction industry and processes Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints Perform quality checks on construction equipment Salary USD 750 - 850 Per Week Career Level Required Experienced (Non-Manager) Experience Required 1+ to 2 Years Job Type Employee Job Status Full Time
