Dance lesson rental is billed differently, please msg us. We are on the BeltLine, off Memorial and across from the new Publix. We have: tables and chairs for 30 people projector and screen backdrop green screen 2 Aerial silks Speaker system to plug into WiFi BATHROOMS and PARKING Creative Meeting Space with Lights, Mirrors, Tables and Bar, Brick Walls, Piano and Parking We have four long tables, speaker system, piano, bar, cooler for ice, screen for projector, and chairs for 33. We have bathrooms nearby, ramp for video, heavy equipment and easy in/out, and plenty of parking. Perfect for actor and model casting calls, photo shoots, video auditions, workshops, rehearsals, recitals, meetings, brunch, Bridal Showers, stunts and aerial lessons. 1200 sqft with wall of mirrors for rehearsal and private instruction, brick wall for videos, meetings, aerial silks lessons, yoga, stunts, photo and video shoots, even Extras Holding. Be sure to include setup time in your booking. We have video and photography packages. We have a Keurig coffeemaker, microwave and mini-fridge also. We have a small upcharge of $25 for microphone and projector usage. Please remember to bring tablecloths, or we can supply them for a small fee. If you end up using ours, we charge $5 per plastic and $15 per cloth tablecloth. Rules: No smoking inside building. No glitter or confetti. No smoke or chalk bombs. ($50 additional cleaning fee) Video allowed inside rental space only, not in hallways. Be sure to include setup time in your booking. You will be allowed in when booking time starts.
