NEED CONTRACTOR POLE OR TREE CLIMBERS

We need CONTRACTOR CLIMBERS who aren't afraid to climb. If you have a 24 - 28 ft ladder that is acceptable as well. We have pole transfers and plenty to go around. We transfer the Telecommunications lines ( CATV or PHONE) off of the old poles and onto the new poles Current guys are making 150 to 600 a day. We are willing to train the right persons if you have no experience. BUT YOU MUST BE WILLING TO LEARN. YOU MUST HAVE A DL OR A DRIVER AND BE ABLE TO PASS THE INITIAL DRUG SCREEN. You must have your own climbing gear. We can help buy it if you don't have any but we will deduct it from your pay to help out. You must have a working smart phone. You must have PPE - Gloves, NON steel toe boots, Hard hat, Safety Vest, Climbing belt with strap and a secondary. Basic Tools needed- 7/16" wrench, 1/2", Cable Cutters, Lineman Pliers, Hammer, Drill, 3/4" X 18" auger bit, Bell Wrench ( we can help find a bell wrench) or Crescent wrench, Chainsaw to top pole if needed. Cable Grip ( We can help get one), 500 LBS Chain Hoist ( Harbor Freight) Pay is Weekly after 1 week. Example: You work 1 week invoice on Saturday and paid on the following Friday. This is a contractor position so you will need to have your own truck/ Van/SUV to work out of, We do not take taxes out as you are a contractor. Work is currently in the Saint Louis area. The hotel as we stay in has suites, and they are pretty nice with a pool and a Gym. This is piece rate work we have plenty to do. I will attach a screen shot of the current map to give an example.
