2 jobs, wainscoting and landscaping

I need help with 2 jobs, one is cutting wainscoting around 2 windows. I'm doing this job myself just having trouble making delicate, detailed cuts around the 2 windows and I don't want to waste anymore wainscoting. I have tools and supplies, probably an hours work or less for a skilled person. Offering $50 and this job is available now. The second job is correcting my lumpy lawn. This yard has never been maintained and now it's like walking on golf balls. Needs to be mowed down as low as possible (which I can do), then thatched (raked) then aerated(I will have tool and may be able to do that) then it needs to be topped with soil/fertilizer, I have shovel and wheelbarrow and then that soil raked.(I can help with that too) I am older and have several physical limitations and this is just too overwhelming for me. I can help but only with the easier tasks. This has to be coordinated with soil/compost delivery so not sure of start date. Might be a 2 day job if just one person. Property is.8 acres but not doing entire lawn. Pay is $20 an hour per person. Minorities welcome, I am an ally, this is a safe space.
