Assistant needed for a DIY concrete paver project

I am looking for someone to assist me with a larger DIY job at my home. This is a project that I had planned to do myself, but it's taking longer than I expected and I need to get it completed soon. Details: I'm extending my pool "deck" by using self mix concrete (bags) and a concrete pathway paver mold. (see image) This involves mixing a couple bags of concrete in a wheelbarrow with a shovel, laying the paver mold in the next spot, filling the mold with concrete, lifting the mold, and moving to the next. The paver mold process is not difficult, but I need someone to be on standby to mix the concrete while I lay and fill the paver mold because the two jobs combined is very time consuming. I have quite a bit more area to cover, but if I'd like to use my budget for this job to hire someone to help for enough hours to get further along, in a faster manner. I would say that the budget is fair for around 4-5 hours of assisting/mixing concrete.
