$2500 Weekends gig for Plumber

I need a plumber to re-pipe and re-sewer a small house for me. 2 bathrooms, one kitchen. I will buy all materials and dig the ground up and have all the walls open. I will pull the permit as the owner. You come in and do your thang. Requirements: Own all tools and misc. items you will need on the job. Site visit to tell me what to buy and how much of it, and where to dig. Referral from your boss from a recognizable company stating you can do a job of this scope. Car is not required. I can pick you up or call a cab for you. If you need a helper or two, i can pay your extra guys $12/hr. I will pay half after the water lines go in and we can test them for operation. (meaning wait a day and let me get the water turned on) I will pay the second half after the sewer lines go in and we can test them. Preferred: Work Comp exempt LLC or Business to write checks to Insurance would be nice, but for the rate, will consider all submissions. Text, call, or email. Thanks.
