Kwik Ice is looking for an evening full-time, Delivery Driver (no CDL necessary) to distribute ice to local restaurants, bars, convenience stores and events in the Austin area. Work week would be 5 days on and 2 days off (in a row). Be able to work the following days/hours: ***NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE*** Monday: 12p-8p Tuesday: 12p-8p Wednesday: OFF Thursday: OFF Friday: 1p-10p Saturday: 1p-10p Sunday: 12p-8p ***NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE*** Ideal candidate must be: - Friendly - Customer service oriented - Comfortable driving 20’ box truck (EXPERIENCE REQUIRED) - Able to take direction from others on the team (team oriented) - Able to lift up to 20 lbs repetitively - Able to maneuver a dolly loaded with ice - PUNCTUAL Job duties include, but not limited to: - Daily loading, unloading and inspection of trucks - Delivering ice to customers on demand (no route work) - Restacking ice on pallets - Working in extreme temperatures daily (freezer truck & Texas heat) - Working in the elements (rain, sun, etc...) - General warehouse organization and clean up (picking up after yourself) We offer: - Competitive compensation - $15-17 per hour (based on experience) - Select holiday pay and overtime pay - PTO (Paid Time Off) ***NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE*** - CLEAN DRIVING RECORD NECESSARY - MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK ***Please submit resume or work history via Craigslist link ***NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Pay: $15-$17 per hour
