Guitar Player Looking to Form/Join Band

Fairly experienced guitar player looking to form or join a band in the Goldsboro area. Bands are evolving – would love to link up with the whole gamut of folks – lead guitarist, keys, drums, powerful singer...I think the point is to serve the song and not overplay. I don’t think bands need to be “exact” …if folks wanna see November Rain note for note, they should probably get G&R tickets. - No ego (there are too many musicians way better than me to be arrogant about it) - Pretty experienced keeping a band together, landing gigs, moving in the right direction – drama is decades in the past! - Not super picky about the music, the important part is to actually play music (I’ve literally played I Kissed a Girl and For Whom the Bell Tolls in the same show) - In particular, I play a lot of 90's, classic rock, blues-based stuff, pop, metal that’s within my abilities - Skill-level, intermediate-ish - I could get through Dream On (Aerosmith) and Time (Pink Floyd), probably not going to do well trying Dimebag Darrell or even Hammett - I’m in my 40’s, but I’m not super worried about age so long as the jam is good - Yes, I have equipment and if this thing actually happens, willing to invest in more (PA, lights, etc.) - I have about 75-ish complete songs ready to go now, some would need some brush-up, and admittedly some of them are really easy - I have a place to gig at on a fairly regular basis - Obligatory equipment pic attached. I can forward or create a video too if needed :) Here's to taking chances!
