Disaster Restoration Technician Job Duties Include: • Must be available while on-call for emergencies • Must be capable of lifting over 50 lbs. • Basic demolition and cleanup as needed • Work as a team member and follow set protocols • Learn proper use and setup of mitigation equipment • Learn how to properly monitor & document job site conditions • Maintain professionalism throughout all processes • Always strive for excellence and to exceed client expectations Requirements Include: • MUST be able to provide exceptional customer service • Demonstrate ability to think independently while keeping the team atmosphere • Ability to handle a fast-paced high-pressure environment while remaining professional! • Should be able and willing to take part in the demo/labor even while running crews • Recent restoration mitigation experience is a big plus • Valid driver’s license a big plus • Must be able and willing to pass a background check • Current IICRC Certifications a big plus Compensation & Benefits Include: • Plenty of overtime opportunities • Competitive compensation • Advancement opportunities, including industry courses • Bonus & PPE bonuses • Paid time off and several paid holidays • Health insurance assistance GSR Restoration, a privately owned multi-state emergency mitigation company, is currently looking to hire hard-working technicians with plenty of opportunity to grow within the company.
