We are looking for experienced maintenance men to work onsite at a condominium community in Orlando/Altamonte Springs, Florida. Full Time: Monday through Friday and some on-call weekends. Duties to include and not limited to: Handling Work Orders Interior and Exterior Painting Drywall repair Irrigation Clean up of the community Keep pools clean Maintenance, Plumbing, and Electrical skills.
