Applicants must have experience with the following as well as the required skills and capabilities to complete these tasks in a timely and efficient manner -Residential Interior and exterior painting -Pressure Washing -Trim and base board removal and replacement -All flooring types removal and replacement -Basic plumbing repairs -Lite electrical wiring and repairs -Shower, sink, tub and toilet replacement or repair -Window or glass repairs or replacement -Cabinet and vanity removals and installations -Lawn care maintenance, landscaping -Bathroom remodeling -Kitchen remodeling -Carpentry -Deck building and repairs -Attic and garage finishing -Drywall install repair or replacement -Fences install, repair, or replacement -General home maintenance -Shelving and storage. -Post Construction cleanup All applicants must -Be willing to work 40+ hours a week and available to work weekends -Have reliable transportation to job sites and office -Have ability to communicate frequently via call, text, email -Have High School Diploma -The ability to pass a background check and drug screening Preferred but not required -Experience as a crew leader or desire to eventually Lead a crew of workers -Tools -Any Certifications or Licensing in construction, building, or contracting related fields -Any continued education in related fields. Employees are payed hourly wage based on their performance, skill set, and reliability. We also pay overtime. We generally focus our jobs in the Hillsborough, Polk, Pinellas and Manatee County.
