Job Description We have been in business since 1984 and are currently looking for an experienced textile screen printer and someone to work in the back warehouse. Job Responsibilities &; Duties Warehouse job requires being able to process orders, stack, check-in product, prep for production and ship out as needed. - Be dependable to arrive at the job on time and be ready to work, you must have a reliable transportation method. This is a team environment, where everyone helps one another as needed, so you may be asked to help in other departments, whenever necessary. - Be able to work well with others and communicate clearly in English. - Come to work with a positive attitude. - Be Quality conscious and have pride in your work and productivity. -Understand the importance of production schedules and be willing to work overtime if necessary, to complete a job and meet our client's in-hands date. - Knowledge of different screen mesh counts and when to use appropriate mesh for the design to be printed. - Be able to work with different types of inks, mainly plastisol, but we also on occasion use water-based inks. - Understand how to re-claim screens and do washouts if necessary - Be able to register a multi-color design on either a manual or an automatic press. You must be able to register a 2 color design perfectly within 10 minutes or less. - Be able to print multicolor designs on our manual and automatic presses- Brand is Tas Benefits for Full-time associates include standard paid holidays after 90 days including New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. After 1 year, approximately 2080 hours of work you will be given 1 week paid vacation and 3 paid sick days per year.
