We are a repair and maintenance company that is searching for experienced workers in home repairs and maintenance. We are a handyman company that is integrating into an office style atmosphere and renaming ourselves as home handyman service, repair/maintenance company. * Our positive workplace culture fosters teamwork with management * Employees can make decisions on projects and we will mentor you on making the right decisions * Ability to learn and work with clients directly in name of our company, strongly respect our current relationships and job position *Need tools or have a strong enough trust/experience level to use company property, must be available to take jobs all day *Knowing current or recent building, fire and safety codes, sanitation codes, and construction related codes is a huge plus Must be able to: carry out almost all maintenance/repairs solo, call/text clients directly polite and professionally, note all details for materials and repairs for assessing projects, write invoices for jobs if necessary, note all improvements needed to bring up to code, be prepared and on time Description of most repairs: minor electrician work, minor plumbing repairs and installations, small building projects, drywall/insulation, repairs, mold/leak restoration, minor roofing repairs, minor fencing repairs, flooring repairs, door hanging, code improvements, vent repair/replace, hinge and locksmith jobs, painting and refinishing
