I agree Russian and China need to do their part to he;p solve climate change. The best way to pressure these nations to participate in climate solution is to punish then economically. Our government could impose tariffs on Chinese goods. Each of us as consumers could also take action by not buying Chinese made products. If millions of people, boycott China, they will be forced to act. Your $ is your ultimate vote.
Like many other nations, America needs to lead by example. America is a gross polluting nation. We are Gluttonous people. Every person that works to solve climate change counts. Every sal action helps.
