Rehearsal space needed for BAND

The Freeze32°F is looking for rehearsal space for our 5 piece band. Our normal practice times are Thursday evenings (after 5) and Sunday mornings mid morning to mid afternoon. Please do not be "irritated or disturbed" by music that may sometimes be loud and/or have bass. This is a rock band, not a string quartet. We need at least 400 (ish) square feet for our sound rig, keyboard, bass, drums, and 2 guitars. Ideally we could set up and store our gear, therefore the space must also be as secure as possible.
