25 year old company is looking for two Crew Leaders for our Maintenance Division. This position is an active, working position while directing 1-3 additional crew members. The job description will include but not limited to: -Cleanups -Mowing, blowing and edging -Mulching and bed edges -Pruning -Weeding -Fertilizing -Aerating, fertilizing and over-seeding -Planting and maintaining flowers QUALAFICATIONS -A valid drivers license -A clean criminal record -Two years minimum of experience -Leadership capability and demeanor to effectively manage and direct a crew
