Looking to hire an experienced handyman for various projects for a small multi-family residential apartment complex. The ideal candidate will have experience and/or can accomplish small paint jobs, drywall touch ups, door adjustments, light trim work, small tile jobs, and other skills needed to complete tasks. This position requires you to have your own tools, reliable transportation, and must be reliable. You will serve in a subcontractor role, and will be paid $15/hour with flexible hours.
