I currently work for Dennys in Albany and yes these owners are horrible to say the least. The managers work open to close or they need to work six days a week that’s the policy. The money and atmosphere aren’t all that great but it’s money and you truly work for it. I haven’t been in all the locations but hear from other managers that equipment is broken and never repaired. Now going into summer time all these place are gonna be sweat shops cause the air conditioning doesn’t work. Very poor working environment.
