We are a property management company with a portfolio of homes in the Newport area, currently searching for dependable handyman to help with the general maintenance, repairs & upkeep of our properties. Relevant experience is preferred. You must have experience with: - Home appliance repairs - Routine repairs and upkeep - General knowledge and understanding of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems - General carpentry - Landscaping - Painting/Patching Bonus: - Home remodeling skills - Plumbing/electrical etc.. - Appfolio or relevant property management software experience - Experience interacting with tenants Must have your own transportation.
