Starts Wednesday, July 14th (Wednesdays, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for 6 weeks.) Starts Wednesday, July 14th (Wednesdays, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for 6 weeks.) This course will cover everything you need to know to paint seascapes in acrylic. Learn how to create strong value studies that incorporate perspective to create confident paintings. Discover the secrets of master marine painters like Winslow Homer and Edgar Payne and use what you learn to make paintings from your own photographs. Learn how to use a limited palette to create full spectrum works of art featuring oceans, skies, islands, sailing vessels and more. Non-members: $195 for 6 weeks. Members: $156. Fee does not include materials. A list of recommended supplies can be emailed upon request.
