NIGHT SHIFT LEAD/SUPERVISOR Night lead Newsom Oil is a 3rd generation oil distribution company, and we are searching for someone to help us lead our 2nd shift. This is a hands on leadership position that has the responsibility of a small loading team, load and driver paperwork, driver check-ins, product integrity and more. Job Duties/Description · Monday to Friday(No Weekends) · 3:00pm - Done(11pm-3am. The 3am is maybe once a month) · Lead/Supervise 3-5 Warehouse Team Members . Maintain a Safe and healthy Working Environment · Manage the Offload and Loading of our trucks · Manage Supplier Offloads and package or pallets · Manage bulk re-pack, Transfers and Offloads . Perform bulk Offload and Transfer Processes . Quality control for load Accuracy and Load Quality . Lock and secure the facility . Perform other Duties that may not be listed Job Requirements/ Experiences · Willingness to learn. · Reliable · Forklift experience a plus (Willing to teach) · Willing to work overtime. · Basic Math . Computer . Communication . Professional · Pass a drug test · Comfortable working both indoor and outdoor environment · Flexible start and end start · Lift 50 pounds · Balance and roll drum(440lbs) with and without dolly.
