Description

Transforming lives and communities by reimagining benefit solutions. Join us on June 24th, at Provisions Restaurant + Market in Yakima, WA. Beginning at 5:30pm you will have the opportunity to network and enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine. Dinner and our healthcare program will begin at 6pm and conclude at 7:30pm. You will have additional time for networking and mingling following dinner, should you choose. Nobody disputes that the U.S. healthcare system is dysfunctional. Yet few know that American companies and families are the ones financing this broken system. At its core, the problem is about misaligned incentives, which have encouraged an excessive amount of “middlemen,” bureaucracy, and rent-seeking behavior. And in the age of COVID19, analysts expect 2021 to push health insurance premiums and deductibles even higher. There is a way out of this madness! The solution is neither radical nor new. It’s a story of returning to our roots; demanding that our healthcare system play by the same rules as every other industry, and ensuring our healthcare dollars remain local and actually flow to those providing the care. After attending, you will immediately be able to: Identify where the dysfunction in your healthcare plan liesUnderstand how to pay less for higher quality healthcareDemonstrate leadership in your organization with your new knowledgeAttendees will gain a top-level understanding of how the U.S. healthcare system extracts value from their organizations. They will learn about commonsense, straightforward solutions to this problem, and can be the ones to improve their organization’s health plan. Attendees will also receive a free copy of Dave Chase’s book, The CEO’s Guide to Restoring the American Dream: How to Deliver World Class Healthcare to Your Employees at Half the Cost, which breaks down the elements of dysfunction in healthcare and guides you with facts and case studies on how to stop overpaying for less. Plus, we'll send you a free copy of Dr. Marty Makary's book, The Price We Pay: What Broke American Health Care and How to Fix It, a roadmap for everyday Americans and business leaders to get a better deal on their health care.
