Vendor RegistrationWhen: June 19th (Saturday, 10AM - 4PM)Where: SportsOhio (SportsOhio 6314 Cosgray Rd Dublin, OH 43017)Who Attends: Families from Dublin, Hilliard, Powell, Columbus, and across Central Ohio. How it works: Outdoor walk -thru event! Families pre-register to attend the event or it's various fun activities. Admission is free. Expected Attendance: 4,000 - 6,000Why families attend the event: This is premier family event of the year. Parents attend to find everything related to their family, home, fun, adventures, shopping, sports, health, classes & education and more! What to do at the event:Non-stop Fun: Huge Bounce Park, Little Kids Play area, pony rides, petting zoo, 2 stages of live entertainment, balloon artist, glitter tattoos, princess & super hero characters, and a Easter Egg Hunt!Sports: Soccer tournament, mini golf and par 3 golf tournament, .5 or 1 mile Treasure Run, 5k & 10k run, talent contest, Knockerball, Pickball, and sports & health demos Food: Food trucks, treat trucks, plus character unlimited donut/bagel buffet! Premier Sponsor (Diamond): This includes a lot from 5'x2 banner at KidsLinked booth, 5'x2 banner at character meet & greet area, your information distributed to all attendees, featured on event map, included on all promotional material: $1,500Exhibition Stage (Platinum): One of the most visible area at the event! Presenting sponsor or all stage activities. Stage mentions during the entire event, 5' x 2' banner at the front of the stage, and the ability to have several appearances on the stage. High visible. $1,000 Little Kids Fun Zone Area (Platinum): Booth located at front entrance of area. Great area for kids 0-6 year olds! Super fun area including baby shark play area, small slides, and the petting zoo!! Presenting sponsor of area includes 5'x2' sign at entrance of area plus 30 free passes. $800Glitter Tattoos (Platinum): Glitter Tattoos artist at your booth - very popular and a great way to be seen at the event. Just a fun way to be a part of the event. $750 Golf Sponsor Title- Mini Golf & Par 3 Golf Tournament (Gold): Title Sponsor of 2 golf tournaments (1) 9 hole par 3 golf tournament and (2) 18 hole mini golf tournament. Titled into name of tournament, included on trophies for winners, banner at tournament, and 4 free entries into both tournaments. High visibility to golfers!: $750Candy / Easter Egg Hunt: 3 Candy hunts by age group. Special Prizes hidden in eggs. Extremely popular event.
