I need a honest plumber to work with long term in jax area. to start off, i need the following gig to be done. 1. Identify leaking connectors in the sewer pipe, and replace them. Under restrooms, in the crawl space. there is sewer pipes that are broken. replace. 2. spend like 30 minutes educating my tenants not to throw FEMININE HYGIENE or paper towels into the restrooms, it clogs them... I am offering like $100 - $120 for the gig, It should take knowledgeable plumber 2-3 hours to do.
