Soulful Sunday at the distillery! Come and enjoy a one hour mind, body and SPIRITual yoga class. This high energy vinyasa yoga class will be led by our founder Ted Dumbauld who received his 200 hour certification from Saraswati’s yoga Joint in South Norwalk. Ted furthered his studies with Mimi Reiger in Ashtanga in Washington, D.C at Rocket Yoga & also sprinkled in some Jivamukti for some fun. 9:30: Green Juice will be served 10-11: Vinyasa yoga class/meditation 11-1: Enjoy the Sunday Specials with Mimosa, Bloody Marys and our signature vegan White Russians "The Dude" This event is BYOM (bring your own mat!) & $45 to reserve your spot! For those who do not want to participate in the yoga portion but would like to take advantage of the Sunday Specials cocktails, sign up is $25.
