Heavy duty yard work and placing AC's in windows

Hi, I need two strong men to level a section of my back yard and also move a couple of objects - Cement sacks, window AC, heavy doors, and some other junk. Thursday morning start. 25$ per hour (200 for the day). Work will last one or two days. Please have a recommendation, someone you work for and would vouch for you.
