Property Management company seeking experienced Porters and Cleaners for luxury residential apartment buildings in Mineola, NY All full time positions for new buildings Requirements: • Previous maintenance/ cleaning experience. • Must speak fluent English, have good communication skills and be punctual. • Skills should include, but not limited to: cleaning common areas or vacant apartments, buffing, polishing, vacuuming, garbage compactor handling, and other duties as assigned. • Must understand the importance of deadlines, knows how to prioritize and prefers to be busy. • Works well independently and reliable to be left alone with task list.
