Need to finish painting an old colonial home. The catch is, it's located on a rooftop. I'll be straight up... I am a sissy on roofs. Pitch I have ladder hooks which I will attach over the rooftop. I also have a ladder pivot which can be used to increase stability. For you 'monkey type' roofing guys who can dance on rooftops without fear, these things may be unnecessary... But I will have them setup nonetheless because I'd rather be overcautious than under. Requirements for the job 1- Safe. Sober. Neat. Dripping paint on roof is not an option. Being reckless and making me look bad in front of clients is also a big no-no. Professionals only. 2. Previous painting experience necessary. I am always extremely weary of trusting guys to paint on top of a roof. Dripping a tiny paint on cement or pavement is always a bad thing, but normally fixable. Paint drips on a roof can be almost impossible to remove, and very obviously seen. I need someone who already knows how to handle a brush. I cannot emphasize neatness enough. Willing to pay someone who can do this for me well. It is a day of work, maybe 2. Will certainly lead to future work for the right fit. Text please. I don't answer phone calls very often.
