A innovative clinic looking forward to become a Center of Excellence in Miami is currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Janitor and Utility Staff Member. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for cleaning all clinic rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and facility in general. This is fantastic opportunity to earn competitive pay and full-time benefits. Perform general and detailed clean up of all areas of the premises as directed Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders Remove rubbish daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped Guests, patients and staff welcoming and refreshment Errands to buy small items and mail and supplies pickup or delivery Support welcoming and coordinating the arrival of patients at parking lot High School Diploma is required Initiative, diligence and and hardworking attitude Excellent Customer Service Ability Excellent Organizational Skills Professional Appearance and Demeanor Bilingual, fluent in both, Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
