Looking for a responsible, jack of all trades individual, to maintain a property in Edwardsville, IL. Tasks will include lawn care, mowing, and basic upkeep of property. If you are retired, just wanting to get out of the house to earn some extra cash, or you just like to cut the grass, this part-time job is for you! 10-30 hours per week, as needed. Local to the Edwardsville, IL area is preferred. $13-15/hr, depending on experience. Will negotiate! Must be 100% trustworthy! Responsibilities WILL include: General grounds maintenance (mowing, weed control, pruning, trimming, sprinkler repair, etc.)EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED. Communication with owner in a friendly and pleasant manner. Responsibility to notify owner of any situations that need immediate attention. Responsibilities COULD include: Removing trash and debris from all public areas of properties. Maintenance of equipment & tools. Building & facilities maintenance. Cleaning & pressure washing. Possible light building construction upkeep, as requested. Could include ice/snow removal(to be discussed). Clean any areas of the properties as directed and requested.
