Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities: The Clean-Up position works to maintain a clean and safe working environment. This position is tasked with cleaning up their assigned work areas or areas designated by the Supervisor or Management. Must be able to work safely, following all safety policies and procedures, including the required use of personal protection equipment and the Lock-out/tag-out procedures. This position must be able to take direction and work in a team atmosphere. This position may have need to operate a forklift or other equipment as necessary to transport wood debris, saw dust, trash or other materials to their proper storage or disposal area. Empties all garbage cans in assigned areas and provides assistance as needed or directed, possibly to other departments or work units. Employees in this position must be capable of working inside or outside in varying weather conditions as necessary, performing work in a thorough and complete fashion so production is not affected by dirty, or debris filled areas. Must be able to work to meet productivity standards and follow directions. Must be able to clean work areas and machinery as necessary, this position will need to be motivated to work independently at times, in a safe and productive manner. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: - Ability to provide regular and predictable attendance and punctuality - Ability to work safely, following all company safety policies and procedures - Ability to perform general clean-up around work centers and other areas as assigned - Removes trash, saw dust and wood debris to ensure the facility and work areas are safe and clean - Ability to take direction, follow instructions and work in a team atmosphere - Empties all garbage cans in assigned areas - Clean and maintain equipment - Ability to operate a forklift or other equipment as necessary (training provided) to move trash or debris to designated storage or disposal areas For further details and instructions on how to apply, please visit our Website at
