Eat, Run, Learn: A regularly-scheduled event where we celebrate running, eating, and learning about how our bodies work.
Join us for this month's edition of Eat, Run, Learn. We'll talk about safe strategies for runners to use when implementing speed training, and common injuries that can crop up (and be prevented!) during speed training.
The June 2021 event is free to attend. Be sure to reserve a spot by getting ticket via EventBrite. Reserve a spot for the run, the talk, or both!
We're teaming up with the Austin Duathletes. They will be leading the run and will have routes available onsite before the start.
Schedule:
8:00AM — 7-mile group run starts
8:30AM — 3-mile group run starts
9:00AM — Breakfast tacos & coffee available back at RunLab!
9:15/9:30AM(ish) — Presentation starts.
