We will also cover tips for developing a supportive morning routine and together we will practice gentle stretches and breathwork to counter our desk postures. No need to wear your sweaty yoga clothes, we can work with our chairs. As we re-open to the world, lets re-engage our bodies, minds and communities for accountability and greater health!
