Join us for a special Pretend Play program with a fun zoo theme. Join us for a special Pretend Play program with a fun zoo theme.This event is an open exploration program with minimal structure. A zoo-like setting will be provided as well as props and tools to encourage your child's imagination. Come dressed as a favorite animal, a zoo keeper, or scientist and learn through play. Dramatic Play teaches negotiation, developing plans, assigning tasks and roles, consideration, collaboration, transferring knowledge, and how to synthesize information. Caregivers are required to monitor their child to ensure everyone has a safe and fun experience. This program will take place at the library. This program is best suited for children in preschool-2nd grade.
