Position Summary The Grounds Maintenance position will keep the company properties clean in different locations that include Katy, The Woodlands, Magnolia, and Conroe. Essential Responsibilities 1. Keep properties free of trash and disposing of them in the assigned containers. 2. Conduct all type of cleaning activities that range from sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, common areas, parking lots, 3. Fix any type of defects that may arise in the properties. 4. Assist with the forklift as needed. 5. Maintain all property windows and doors clean. 6. Help with gardening. 7. Keep the retention ponds clean from trash and debris. 8. Assist in painting any of the areas as needed such as but not limited to walls and parking areas. 9. Organize the company’s offices and warehouses. 10. Maintain and take care of all tools and equipment provided by the company. 11. Resolve any maintenance work required. 12. Perform other work as needed by the business. 13. Bilingual in Spanish a plus. Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required •Driver’s license. •Ability to travel to companies’ properties as needed. •Ability to walk, stand for a prolonged amount of time as the job requires it. •Ability to act competently in emergencies. •Organized and detail-oriented. •Ability to interact with future and current tenants, vendors, and team members positively and professionally. Physical Demands and Work Environment •Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed. •Must be able to work outdoors throughout the year. •Must be able to push, pull, and lift occasional heavy loads (15 lbs. or more). Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm (flexibility for overtime and Saturdays if needed) License: Driver's License (Required) Payment: Bi-Monthly. Via payroll, minus the corresponding taxes. Remote Work: No
