CAMP is a donation based LGBTQ+ movement class meant to provide a safe and inclusive space for all bodies, at any skill level, to move. CAMP is hosted and lead by performance coach Kendra Campbell, in collaboration with Plant Daddy Co. CAMP is an accessible monthly movement class located Plant Daddy Co.'s midtown location. Kendra is a trans queer performance coach based in Sacramento, California with over eight years of experience in movement spaces. They promote movement and health at every size, in every body. We will be practicing social distancing, please wear your mask through out the class. Bring a yoga mat and or a towel, this is an equipment free class!
