And the world will live as one." -John Lennon, Imagine Celebration Join the 7 Acts of Change and Friends of the 7 Acts for the inaugural Juneteenth Walk for Change on Saturday, June 19, 2021. We began this journey one year ago, at the crucial intersection of racial reckoning and a 100-year pandemic. Today, one year later, let's celebrate the progress we've made, with acknowledgment that there is more work to be done, and to chart the path forward--one step at a time. We look forward to you joining us in celebration of our shared humanity and continued progress. We invite all supporters, family members, and friends to sign up and join us in-person or virtually for the 2.5K (1.55mi) Walk for Change, which will start at Haygood Dr NE and N. Decatur Road near Druid Hills High School, walk to the CDC main campus, and walk back to the high school. For the in-person event, registration starts at 8:00am and the walk will begin at 9:00am.
