The Medve Group, Inc. is actively seeking a Make Ready Techs for our beautiful apartment communities in Baton Rouge, LA. Responsibilities: • Ensure all vacant apartments are ready prior to move-in. • Perform routine maintenance tasks, minor requests and routine preventative maintenance. • Monitoring physical condition of community, pick up grounds and report any issues. • Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: • Experience with painting, sheet rock repair, carpentry and tiling. • HVAC experience in a PLUS. • Must be dependable and have own transportation $16/HR + GREAT BENEFITS $1500 SIGN-ON BONUS ($750 UPFRONT and $750 AFTER 90 DAYS) 35% RENTAL DISCOUNT This is an essential service position and available for immediate hire.
