WAUKESHA, WI—A children's entertainment center and a non-profit dedicated to finding cures for all kids with cancer are partnering for a great cause.
Throughout the month of June, Monkey Joe's,2040 W. Bluemound Rd., is raising funds for childhood cancer research with Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation.
Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation was founded by Alex Scott, a Manchester, Connecticut native, when she was 4 years old. The Foundation has continued through her parents, Liz and Jay Scott, in honor of their daughter's legacy to help cure childhood cancers.
During Alex's Lemonade Days, Saturday, June 5 – Sunday, June 13, they will donate a percentage of all lemonade sales to the non-profit, according to a news release.
Monkey Joe's is a children's entertainment center filled with indoor jumps, slides and obstacle courses. Monkey Joe's provides wall-to-wall inflatables, including a main play center and separate Mini Monkey Zone for toddlers. The company is known for its birthday and group parties, but also accepts walk-ins.
