Description

Stand Down for homeless veterans returns to the Sarasota County Fairgrounds and Robarts Arena on Saturday, June 26! In partnership with over 25 community partners, JFCS of the Suncoast hosts the Stand Down event where homeless veterans are provided direct services, including physical exams, Veteran Affairs benefits review and Amnesty Court. Free admission for local and homeless veterans is available onsite. Advance registration is not required. In addition to its community partners, JFCS of the Suncoast also needs the support of the local community. Donation and volunteer opportunities are available to inquiring individuals and groups.
