PALMETTO, FL — A 39-year-old Manatee County woman won the top prize from the $2,000,000 CASHWORD scratch-off game just two weeks after her birthday, Florida Lottery said in a news release. Tiniya Parker of Palmetto chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $1.475 million. She claimed her prize at Florida Lottery's Tampa district office. Parker purchased her winning ticket from Speedy's Food Mart at 415 57th Ave. E. in Bradenton. The retailer will receive a $4,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket.
