Need a Plumber's help

I tried to change the spout in my tub. Only to find out the new one would not screw on because the threads on the metal water pipe coming out of the wall are too rusted or maybe a little stripped... So I bought a new nipple pipe and the tool to remove the old 5 inch pipe. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get the old pipe to budge and I don't want to cause any damage trying to remove it. It may be decades old metal... Not sure... So I'm looking for an experienced plumber who is confident they can come out and change the pipe for me so I could put the new spout on. I'm also considering changing the toilet in the restroom so I'd be curious to know the price for just changing the pipe and a separate price for changing the toilet.
