Responsibilities: Weekly commercial & residential pool maintenance, inspecting pool equipment, and balancing water chemistry Understanding of basic water chemistry, backwashing, algae treatments, phosphate treatments, water conditioning, and filter cleaning Vacuuming, brushing walls, brushing tile, cleaning all skimmer/strainer baskets, emptying pool sweep Monitor pool equipment and report any issues (current or upcoming) Quickly respond to clients and maintain clear & professional communication at all times Troubleshoot basic problems Log all client service with the company app Attributes: Strong communication skills Take personal responsibility for everything you do Clean cut and professional Teachable; takes constructive criticism Works well with others Takes initiative Attention to detail is a must Requirements: Pool maintenance experience preferred but not required Valid CA drivers license with a clean driving record Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
