NORWALK, CT — A city resident is $170,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week in Norwalk, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On Tuesday, Albert Eckert won $177,777 playing a "7s On Fire" game. The winning ticket was purchased from East Avenue Shell in East Norwalk.
