MILFORD, CT — A New Haven man is accused of looking into a stall in the woman's bathroom at the Connecticut Post Mall and masturbating, Milford Police said. On May 14, police were called to the mall at 1201 Boston Post Road on a report of suspicious activity, police said. Investigation led to the arrest of Andres Velasco, 36, of Elliot Street in New Haven, who is charged with voyeurism and breach of peace. He was given a court date of June 21.
