Kingfly Spirits presents an evening of LIVE COMEDY ft. headliner Steve Hofstetter with acts from Matt Light, JC Coccoli & host Gab Bonesso! Join us for LIVE COMEDY on June 11th featuring headliner Steve Hofstetter and supporting acts from Matt Light, JC Coccoli and host Gab Bonesso! We’ll start checking guests in at 7pm, if you’d like to join us at the distillery early, grab a cocktail and find your seat before the show starts at 8pm. This event will take place in Kingfly's spacious, 5,000 square foot Loft. Tickets are $20+ each, but will be sold by the table. COMIC BIOS: Gab Bonesso has walked the line between comedian and political activist her entire career. Bonesso, the only woman named BEST COMEDIAN in Pittsburgh 3X (twice by The Pgh City Paper and once by Pgh Magazine) is best-known for pioneering Pgh’s Alternative Comedy scene. Richard Lewis described Gab as “the real deal and f**king hilarious” and Daily Show co-creator Lizz Winstead described Gab as a “superstar”. In 2016, Whirl Magazine named Bonesso one of the most “Powerful Women in the World” for her work in comedy both as a standup performer and as a producer. As a comedy producer, Bonesso has always amplified the voices of the oppressed within the comedy community. Her shows are known for being diverse, political and wild! Gab professionally speaks about her struggles with mental health issues and advocates for both children and adults on the subject. She was recently chosen as one of the “100 Best Speakers on Mental Resilience” alongside other speakers like the Dalai Lama. Whether she’s delivering a Tedx Talk on the anti-bully movement, or being the first comedian signed to MISRA records, Gab Bonesso is determined to use her voice to fight for the oppressed. Matt Light is one of the hottest comedians in the industry today. He takes every topic in life and twists them on their head with the perfect mix of charm and tell-it-like-it-is attitude. Now in remission from Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Matt’s new outlook to make people laugh at life and death, and enjoy the silly observations of that comes with it, is contagious when he's on stage - as told on the front cover of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Matt was named "Best Comedian" by the readers of Pittsburgh Magazine 3 years in a row. Matt hosted "Man on the Street" for The WDVE Morning Show and has performed in front of audiences all across the United States. Matt's viral videos have over 20 million views, he has been featured on Good Morning America, He was in the main event of "Barstool Sports Rough N Rowdy 7" Super Bowl weekend in Atlanta. JC Coccoli is an American writer, producer, and comedienne. Her award-winning comedy pushes boundaries as it entertains with material that’s engaging, heartfelt, and cry-your-eyes-out funny. Her TV background includes writing, producing and performing for Chelsea Lately on E!, Amazon Prime, HBOmax, Headspace Meditation App, Comedy Central, Comedy Dynamics, FunnyorDie, HULU, Maker Studios/Disney, Lifetime, MTV, and VH1. She was a final contestant on NBC's Last Comic Standing and starred in the hit MTV sketch show, 'Hey Girl’. She can be seen in Morgan Spurlock's film "Mansome" and John Asher's film "Tooken" a spoof on the popular franchise 'Taken.' In 2016, JC was the Supervising Producer of the live talk show: ‘Fashionably Late’, hosted by celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe. As of 2019, JC has performed on the high seas as a Headlining Comic-In-Residence aboard Carnival Cruise line. Read more here! Hofstetter was the host and executive producer of season one of Laughs (FOX) and he has been on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson and E! True Hollywood Story, Comics Unleashed, Comedy All-Stars, Quite Frankly, White Boyz in the Hood, Countdown, and more. His second movie debuted this past winter, and he has had two top 20 comedy albums (including one that hit number 1 on iTunes comedy charts).
