NEW JERSEY – Gov. Phil Murphy was set to provide the latest updates on the coronavirus outbreak, schools, vaccines and reopenings in New Jersey beginning at 1 p.m. on Wednesday (you can watch it live here, below). Murphy has announced changes to New Jersey's indoor mask and social distancing restrictions, and those will take effect on Friday.
